The Federal Bistro & Federal Fritter, is located just a short block from the famed Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. The demure restaurant hosts two concepts. The Federal is a fine dining beach casual bistro and eat bar. Federal Fritter’s take-away menu features a variety of crisp, poppable & snackable rustic fritters, while the bistro menu is a revolving regional seasonal ode to the Mid-Atlantic, the menu changes weekly.
