whittlin'

The 2nd Quarter Exhibit at the Bethel Heritage Museum is titled WHITTLIN' . Examples of “pocket knife” folk-art will be on display, and several whittlers will demonstrate talents and answer questions on scheduled days. Visitors will see things they might try at home, and some things to aspire toward. Mr Bob Larkin of Seaford, will be demonstrating on April 14 (2-4pm). Bob has won awards for his birds, but we asked him to show us the day-to-day stuff that average guys can do. Other exhibitors (and our hopefuls) include the multi-faceted talents of Mr Noel Justice and Mr Dan Watt both of Bethel, Mr John Dulis of Laurel, Keith Hill of Berlin, and the late Mr Jehu Camper of Harrington.
