Trade Sign - Painting Workshop

join artist Brandyn Charlton to create a historically-inspired sign to welcome guests into your home or to give as a very special gift!  Charlton, an expert on 18th-century trade signs and folk art has created striking signs for a number of LHS historic structures, including the Sussex Tavern, Lewistown Coffee-house, and the Ryves Holt House.  Don't miss an opportunity to bring some of that colonial charm home TODAY!

All necessary materials are available through the instructor, though the artistically-inclined are welcome to bring their own brushes if they prefer.  Participants should also plan to pack a lunch and snacks!

Participants can choose from one of three historical signs on which to base their new creation! Registrants will be contacted by email to provide their design choice prior to the class.
