Summer Nights - the Senior League Softball World Series

The Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce is once again bringing Summer Nights to the Senior League Softball World Series in Frankford, Del. from Aug. 3 to 7, 2026. The weeklong, fan and player experience features games, backyard-style competitions, and a team spirit station where you can create your own posters for the games!

For 20 years, Sussex County has been one of six host locations for the Senior League Softball World Series Tournament. Over the course of the week, U.S. and international regional championship teams (Ages 13-17) will face off under the lights. Summer Nights, in partnership with Tidepool Toys & Games, Mediacom, River Soccer Club, and other Chamber members and volunteers, offers locals and visitors alike a perfect opportunity to watch this year’s tournament and enjoy some family fun.
