Speaker Series: "A Culinary History of Southern Delaware"

Denise Clemons, author of A Culinary History of Southern Delaware, Scrapple, Beach Plums and Muskrat will share the origins and development of culinary traditions in the region. She will describe the foodways of the area’s original inhabitants to the influence of early European settlers through the history behind some of the cherished recipes we enjoy today.
