Schellville Enchanted Winter Celebration

In 2017 we dreamt of a magical Christmas village called Schellville. In our first season we delighted our Coastal Delaware community with 9 miniature houses decorated beautifully with plenty of activities, and Christmas trees. Since then, Schellville has grown as we have added train rides, snow zones, additional houses and plenty of fun to delight our local families! In 2021, Schell Brothers brought their magical Christmas village dreams to life. Welcoming more than 104,000 guests, serving more than 12,000 cups of hot cocoa, and raising more than $84,000 to help end childhood hunger, Schellville was much more than a village behind Tanger Outlets it was a Christmas miracle for many. 

With its great success in 2021, Schell Brothers in partnership with Tanger Outlets is excited to announce the expansion of Schellville for the 2022 season. The expansion will include tree houses, an expanded snow zone, an amazing band line-up every night, a sledding hill, game room, a new train, and much more!

Schellville is no longer just a "village lane," but instead, you and your family can enjoy an Enchanted Winter Celebration, providing hours of FREE fun and entertainment for kids of all ages. Open in November of 2022.
