Horseshoe Crab Hustle 5K and 1 Mile Fun Walk to Benefit Delaware Center for the Inland Bays

Registration is now open for the inaugural Horseshoe Crab Hustle 5K and 1 Mile Fun Walk will take place on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at Bethany Brewing Company in Ocean View, Delaware. The event is being hosted by Bethany Brewing Company to benefit the Delaware Center for the Inland Bays.

The race will begin and end at Bethany Brewing Company and will take runners and walkers through scenic Fresh Pond. The course is an approximately 3.1-mile loop trail with a variety of habitats, including woodlands, meadows, and coastal wetlands.

After the race, participants will enjoy freshly brewed craft beers, tasty post-race fare, fresh-shucked oysters, live music, raffles, and more. There will also be information tables from the Delaware Center for the Inland Bays, where participants can learn more about the organization's work to preserve, protect, and restore Delaware’s Inland Bays.
