Broad Creek Bash

Good afternoon, Sponsors and volunteers!  We are so excited that you have partnered with us for our Borad Creek Bash! We wanted to extend this reminder about setting up at the after party! Our after party runs from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm at Tidewater Park (across from PK) in Laurel with set up beginning at 9:00.

We will have food trucks available to purchase food and beverages from, Dogfish Head Beer, vendors and live music! With your partnership with us, we are giving you the priority locations to set up your booths at for participants. You are free to decorate your area however you would like! With a tent being recommended as it will be warm! Tables and supplies will be up to you to provide. You can give out/sell any items you would like promoting your organization!
