Come out and support our mission swiftly afoot as you take to our Milford Millponds Nature Preserve 5K trail for a 10-mile road-bike race plus a 5K trail run on #NationalTrailsDay, with chip-timing provided by TriSports Events. After the race, enjoy a well-earned Dogfish Headcraft brew, non-alcoholic beverages, post-race grub, and 2 Dips ice cream back at the Abbott’s Mill Visitor Center. Celebrate the day with live music and fun for the whole family including paddling on Abbotts Pond with Quest Adventures, kid’s activities with Factory Sports, a hammock hangout with REI Christiana, and a guided tour of our historic, preserved grist mill. Entry fee includes complimentary race swag. Gateway Subaru will also be onsite with cars and swag.
