The stars have already begun to align for the 2018 summer season at Bethany Beach's Big Chill Beach Club and they're bringing sun, surf, sand, and music together for the Big Chill Summer Concert series! This summer’s concerts will feature musical acts from around the country as well as sweeping 360-degree water views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Indian River Inlet, and the Indian River Bay.

JULY 6th - THE WHEELAND BROTHERS
Genre: Beach Rock
Why everyone likes bros Nate & Travis: The Wheeland Brothers are two Southern California brothers who grew up in Orange County surfing, scarfing down hole-in-the wall Mexican food, and jamming around beach bonfires. They combine fun, catchy melody and lyrics with the cool attitude and positive energy of reggae, as well as the down-to-earth, organic honesty of acoustic rock, ukulele lullabies, and flip flop hip-hop. Sunshine music inspired by waves, hangin’ with friends, and dreaming of distant shores. Flashback: These guys were Big Chill Beach Club’s first live entertainment last summer. “We heard you, so we’ve invited them back to start our concert series again this summer!” says general manager Jason Bradley.
JULY 26th - ERIC PASLAY

Why everyone likes Eric: Eric Paslay definitely knows how to craft a hit song. Jake Owen, Love and Theft and the Eli Young Band have all scored No. 1 singles thanks to Paslay’s songwriting prowess, but fans who have seen him on stage will testify there is so much more to the tall, Texas redhead than his excellent songwriting chops. Paslay is a charismatic performer and a potent vocalist who knows how to connect with an audience. As his single “Friday Night” reached the No.1 spot, Paslay has arrived as an artist in his own right.
AUGUST 8th - PEPPER
Genre: Reggae
Why everyone likes these guys: In a word-- talent! Pepper is a three-piece reggae rock band originally from Hawaii, now based in San Diego. The band consists of vocalist/guitarist Kaleo Wassman, vocalist/bassist Bret Bollinger, and drummer Yesod Williams. Since the band's formation they have released seven studio albums and two live albums.
AUGUST 24th - MAX WEINBERG’S JUKEBOX
Genre: Classic Rock and, yes, that Max Weinberg! Weinberg, the driving rhythmic force propelling of Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band for 43 years, is also known to millions of fans for his 17-year stint as the bandleader and comedic foil to talk show host Conan O’Brien.
Why everyone likes Max & his group: A truly interactive experience, Weinberg invites the audience to create, in real time, the set list he and his crack four-piece group will play that night.
