Frankford
            Frankford Business Park is located on the northbound side
            of U.S. Route 113. Space ranges from 2,500 to 52,500 square
            feet. Layouts could be modified for multi-use, warehouse,
            manufacturing, office, fitness or other businesses. Amenities
            include industrial-grade electric, city water, city sewer,

            Seaford

            Seaford Industrial Park is a 128-acre tract on the north
            side of the city, and is fully serviced with water, sewer, waste
            disposal and electricity. Easily accessible by rail and truck
            transportation, it is strategically located one mile from U.S.
            Route 13. Plus, the Ross Business Park has another 150
            acres next door. Most recently, the Western Sussex Business
            Campus was created on 100 acres. For more information

            Selbyville
            The Selbyville Industrial-Business  Park, located at the
            Delaware-Maryland line on Route 113, offers flexible square
            footage starting at 4,500 square feet and up. Amenities
            include trailer parking, utilities and fenced yard, 20-foot
