Executive Chef, Bethany Blues
Zoila grew up in Mexico and came to the United States in 2004, where she immediately found her new home in Delaware. Her first job was at a hotel, and then 8 years later she joined the Bethany Blues Company in 2012! She has shared her time between the Bethany Blues of Lewes and Bethany Beach, as well as 99 Sea Level restaurant, that was located in the Bethany Beach Ocean Suites hotel. She was named Executive Chef of the Bethany Beach location in 2022 and has since blossomed into a strong and passionate female leader. She loves Bethany Blues because she says her team in the kitchen is like family. She has a love for cooking and especially enjoys preparing seafood dishes. She is almost entirely self-taught and loves learning as much as she can about new culinary trends.
