My name is Paul Hajewski and I am currently the Executive Chef at Starboard Claw in Dewey Beach, DE. I attended Baltimore International Culinary College graduating in the top 2% of my class. I have worked extensively for 31 years in fine dining, country clubs, and inns around the East Coast.

I bring energy and positive thinking to the kitchen and I am always willing to teach proper technique to my staff. I am a strong believer in letting my staff participate in menu development and overall kitchen team procedures. Developing strong relationships with fellow chefs and employees is always a top priority. Sourcing the best product and handling it with respect is a trait I do my best to pass on to the next generation of culinarians. In my free time, I enjoy surf fishing, traveling, and Liverpool FC!
