Ian Crandall
Chef/Owner, Kindle & Half Full
Ian worked in Washington D.C. for the Cafe Deluxe Restaurant Group. As Chef, he oversaw the culinary direction of three Cafe Deluxe locations. In 2007 he opened Half Full and Kindle with partners Joanna Crandall, Matt & Ali DiSabatino in Lewes, Delaware.
Ian currently oversees the food and beverage programs for Kindle and Half Full. He lives in the historic district of Lewes with his family of four. He enjoys commuting to work by bicycle and participating in events to promote the Lewes Historic Farmers Market.
