DESCRIPTION:In 2020 Aina Nergaard-Nammack celebrated her 90th birthday 
 and\nthis exhibit will reflect a large collection of work\, painted during
 \ndifferent periods of her life. Her style has fluctuated between\nreprese
 ntational and nonrepresentational\, and her many different\napproaches tha
 t span decades. On display will be Aina's first\npainting\, a still life\,
  painted at the age of twelve. This exhibition\nwill also include abstract
 s using acrylic gesso to achieve different\ntextures\; monochrome painting
 s of figures on a background of a\ncomplementary color\; elongated figures
  created by pouring acrylic\npaint and using different tools to direct and
  mix the colors on a\nboard\; vivid patterns with large brush strokes insp
 ired by classical\nmusic pieces\; and more recent semi-representational wo
 rks on smaller\ncanvases. Venue: Rehoboth Art League.
