 available for our annual New Years Eve event here. This party\nhas sold ou
 t the previous 22 years before Christmas.  With more\npeople spending tim
 e at the beach these days\, its sure to happen\nagain.\n\nWe'll have an en
 ormous BBQ and Seafood buffet\, passed Hors d'\nOeuvres throughout the ni
 ght\, Complimentary champagne of course\,\nparty favors\, a coat check\, a
 nd all of our spectacular DJ's in house\nthroughout the day and night (yes
 ...even Smoky will be in town!). \nIts a wonderful way to spend New Years
  Eve\, and weekend!\n\n
