DESCRIPTION:The Rehoboth Beach Regional Film Showcase is designed to promot
 e the\nart of filmmaking by showcasing the work of filmmakers from the\nmi
 d-Atlantic region introducing audiences to the creative talents of\nemergi
 ng filmmakers. The showcase provides opportunities for audiences\nto engag
 e in post-screening discussions with film directors. The\nShowcase takes p
 lace at the Society’s Cinema Art Theater.\nEligible films include s
 horts\, documentaries\, features and animation\nof any length. A panel wil
 l review all film submissions to select the\nfinal list of films to be pre
 sented. Based on audience feedback and\nthe panel of judges\, a Jury Prize
  of $1\,000 and Honorable Mention\nprize of $275 will be awarded. This pro
 gram is funded in part by the\nMorris and Rosyln Fierberg Fund. The Region
 al Showcase is hosted\nannually on the first weekend of May.  Watch for
