DESCRIPTION:Downtown Milford\, Inc. (DMI) and the City of Milford are pleas
 ed to\nannounce the events scheduled for the 2020 Holiday Season.  In an
 \neffort to prevent overcrowding\, events have been modified\, reduced and
 \nin some cases cancelled. COVID courtesies – masks (the merrier\, the\n
 better)\, social distancing\, etc. – will be in effect for all events.\n
 \nIn lieu of the traditional Holiday Stroll on the first Friday of\nDecemb
 er\, DMI will host an outdoor Christmas Market from 5 pm to 8 pm\non Frida
 y\, Dec. 4. Artisan vendors selling holiday gifts\, decorations\nand goodi
 es will be setup in the Farmers Market area.  Downtown\nbusinesses will a
 lso be open late for holiday shopping. \n\nOne of a kind Santa visits wil
 l take place from the comfort and safety\nof vehicles via the drive thru w
 indow at the Milford Customer Service\nCenter at 119 S. Walnut Street in d
 owntown Milford.  Two separate\nlines will form: one will enter on SE 2n
 d St. & Pearl Alley behind\ntheMilford Museum\; the other will enter on SE
  Front Street and Pearl\nAlley behind the First\nPresbyterian Church.  W
 atch for traffic elves for help and\ndirections.  Santa visits are free 
 – donations are always\nappreciated – and will occur from Nov. 28 unti
 l Dec. 20 on Fridays\nfrom 5 pm to 8 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 11 
 am to 3 pm.  \n\nSanta will not be able to make his usual grand entrance
  on Walnut\nStreet\, but will schedule multiple roadside appearances throu
 ghout the\nholiday season.  He may be joined by Mrs. Claus and some elve
 s\ntoo. \nA life-sized image of Santa will randomly pop up in local busin
 esses\nwhere families can visit and take pictures.  \nSanta’s House in
  Downtown Milford will be decorated for kids of all\nages to peek in and s
 ee the magic of the season from Thanksgiving\nuntil Christmas!\n
