 Pink is\na 5K run-walk / 1.5 mile walk & Pink Pig Roast to raise money for
  our\nlocal Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition. Monty tells the story of his
 \nmother telling him what a wonderful organization the DBCC is as they\nke
 ep all of the money raised local right here in the very community of\nhis 
 businesses. It makes perfect sense for local businessmen to give\nback in 
 this special way to their local community\, and to all of their\ncustomers
  that deal with breast cancer in their own way. This event\nwas created an
 d is hosted by two local businessmen that both have\nstrong interest in fi
 ghting breast cancer.\n\nAdam Howard\, owner of the Body Shop in Rehoboth 
 has partnered with\nMonty while dealing with his own mom’s fight with br
 east cancer.\nThese two guys have been touched\, and know how this awful d
 isease in\none way or another affects every single one of you\, they have 
 teamed\nup their businesses to bring us this event.\n\nBreast Cancer unfor
 tunately affects just about everyone at some point\nand time in their live
 s. Whether through moms\, sisters\, wives\,\ndaughters\, girlfriends\, etc
 … this awful form of cancer is way too\ncommon for us all. Please join u
 s this year on Saturday\, October\n6th in Dewey Beach at The Starboard R
 estaurant. In our first year we\nhad over 900 participants raising $12\,00
 0\, second year over 1300\nparticipants raising $20\,000\, 2013 topped 180
 0 participants\, raising\nover $46\,000\, 2014 was sell-out at 2200+ parti
 cipants raising over\n$58\,000\, and in 2015…despite a weeks delay due t
 o a hurricane\, we\nhad 2500 participants registered raising over $82\,000
  for Delaware\nBreast Cancer Coalition!  Since then we’ve sold this eve
 nt out each\nyear weeks before the event takes place\, as it is capped at 
 2500\nparticipants.  Today’s total financial support to the Delaware\nB
 reast Cancer Coalition surpasses $380\,000!\n\nThe Starboard Restaurant wi
 ll celebrate the 8th anniversary of Dewey\nGoes Pink with incredible enter
 tainment. Kristen of the band Kristen\nand the Noise along with her husban
 d Johnny Phatt of Mr. Greengenes\nwill entertain all on Saturday afternoon
 . Saturday night for all to\nparty on after a big day of exercise will be 
 The Amish Outlaws!\n\nPlease note that there is no late registration if so

 ibutors of all levels and\nkinds…anyway you are able to help…we greatl

 ll roast\nseveral pigs\, and have plenty of food to feed the masses after
