 ing.</strong></p>\n\n<p><strong>In celebration of the 100th anniversary\, 
 we have invited Dr. Newton to discuss the Silent Sentinel protests outside
  of the White House from 1917-1919. Little is widely known about these wom
 en\, their nonviolent protests\, and the brutal treatment they experienced
  just to have a voice in governance. Highlights of Delaware women involved
