 y June\n15th from 9-5pm.  Festival offerings include lavender and sheep\n
 DEMONSTRATIONS such as Shearing Day for the sheep!  The Spinners\nGuild f
 rom the Dickinson Plantation will be spinning yarn\, and the\nLewes Histor
 ical Society will be dying our fleeces.  Tour our\nartisanal Lavender Dis
 tillery and watch our amazing essential oils and\nhydrosols being distille
 d right in front of you!  We will also be\ndemoing our culinary lavender 
 debudding machine and discussing\nculinary use for lavender.  \n\nThe Del
 aware Lavender & Lambs Festival will also offer live music\, our\nLavender
  Ice Cream collaboration with The Frozen Farmer will be served\nfrom their
  Ice Cream Truck\, pony rides\, face painting\, the Delaware\nFarm Bureau 
 Mobile Ag Lab\, local farm vendors\, food trucks\, on the\nspot portrait p
 hotography in the lavender field\, You-Pick in the\nlavender field and 40+
  craft vendors.  Also available will be our\nLavender Riesling collaborat
 ion with Salted Vines and our Lavender\nBeer Collaboration with Revelation
  by the glass\, with all proceeds\ngoing to Santa’s Letters of Ocean Vie
 w\, Delaware. \n
