 public is invited to greet him as he disembarks from the water taxi\nand j
 oin some of his elves as they escort him to his house at the\ncorner of Se
 cond and Bank Streets. He will be in residence until 3 pm\nthat day. He’
 ll also return for brief appearances in his house at\nMerchants’ Hospita
 lity Night on December 1 at 5-7 pm and at the\nconclusion of\nthe Lewes Ch
 ristmas parade when he arrives on a Lewes Fire Department\nvehicle at the 
 end of the parade.\n\nSanta will be in his house during the following hour
 s this holiday\nseason: Thursday\, December 8 from 5-7 pm\; Saturday\, Dec
 ember 10 from 1\n– 3 pm\; Thursday\, December 15 from 5-7 pm\; Saturday\
 , December 17 and\nSunday\, December 18 from 1-3 pm\; and Thursday\, Decem
 ber 22 from 5-7\npm. The protocols for visiting Santa this year are based 
 on current\nCDC guidelines and in consultation with Beebe Healthcare’s C
 hief of\nPopulation Health Officer\, Dr. Bill Chasanov.\n\nMasks will not 
 be required for either Santa or his visitors but if\nrequested\, Santa wil
 l wear one. Masks will also be available for\nvisitors. There will be a be
 nch adjacent to Santa’s chair and photos\ncan be taken with visitors sit
 ting next to Santa.\n\nThere will be a mailbox next to his house and lette
 rs to Santa can be\ndeposited there anytime. He promises that he’ll read
