Made in MilfordMilford Museum. Did you know that the little wooden spoons that were used to eat ice cream were invented here? Did you know that Milford once had a silversmith and potter? These are just a few of the products and items on display in our "Made In Milford" exhibit. The Milford Museum's newest exhibit shares many stories about our local businesses and products created during the nineteenth and twentieth century. Through December 2018.

 

Our Good Earth: This month the fourteen artists of Gallery One have paused to visualize "Our Good Earth". For example one artist,Cheryl Wisbrock captures a fleeting moment in time of a partially harvested local field. Venue: Gallery One.

 

8th Regional Juried Exhibition: Open to all artists living in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington, D.C., this juried and judged exhibition represents a strong collection of works by master-level fine artists and artisans. Venue: Rehoboth Art League.

 

 New Negation - New Works by Kyle Hackett:  Kyle Hackett is a visual artist based in Washington, DC. Venue: Rehoboth Art League. Through October 13.

 

Family of Man Exhibition:  Portraits, figures, and everyday life featuring oil, watercolor, mixed media, pastel & sculpture will celebrate humankind.  Exhibition on display until October 20th. Venue: Milton Arts Guild.

October Pottery Show: The pottery show will be on exhibit October 4-27th. Venue: Gallery 107. Presenter: Nanticoke River Arts Council.

 

Interpretation 2: Two painters and one photographer provide their views of the same subjects. Venue: Peninsula Gallery.
