Made in Milton: Milton Historical Society Museum: From quilts to watercolor and acrylic paints, the residents of Milton have a knack for crafting beautiful, intricate and handmade items for decoration and home use.  This exhibit will highlight these talented novice and professional artisans from 1859-2018. Exhibit runs February 23, 2018 - May 26.

Made in Milford: Milford Museum. Did you know that the little wooden spoons that were used to eat ice cream were invented here? Did you know that Milford once had a silversmith and potter? These are just a few of the products and items on display in our "Made In Milford" exhibit. The Milford Museum's newest exhibit shares many stories about our local businesses and products created during the nineteenth and twentieth century. Through December 2018.

Discovering Delaware's Maritime Past Display at Zwaanendael Museum  explores the DeBraak, a shipwrecked 18th-century British warship including a photo of the hull recovery, reproductions of items aboard ship, and a model of the vessel.

A Seaborne Citizenry: The DeBraak and Its Atlantic World Exhibit at the Zwaanendael Museum utilizes artifacts recovered from His Majesty's Sloop of War DeBraak, a British warship that sank off the Delaware coast on May 25, 1798 to tell the story of the vessel, its crew and the historical context within which it operated in the Atlantic World of the late 18th century.

Art Springs Eternal: The Nanticoke River Arts Council is pleased to present their spring art show "Art Springs Eternal." Venue: Gallery 107. Presenter: Nanticoke River Arts Council. Through May 26th.

Ethereal Luminescence with works by Peter Treiber: Peter started his photography in New York City as a photo assistant and then earned an AA degree in graphic design at S.U.N.Y. Farmingdale, New York and a BFA degree in photography from the Art Center College of Design in California. After earning his BFA degree, he returned to New York and worked as a photographer at three independent photographic studios. Through June 10. Rehoboth Art League.

Sublime - A Horticultural Exploration: Horticulture has played an important role in the Rehoboth Art League's environment since the Corkrans first cultivated the Homestead Garden in the 1930s. Except for a few variations, the garden has remained unchanged for decades. This juried members exhibition, which takes place in the Homestead, is a tribute to the essence and beauty of the plant world. Rehoboth Art League member artists working in both 2-D and 3-D media were invited to participate. Through June 10. Rehoboth Art League.

Untitled - New Works by Ruri Yi: Baltimore artist Ruri Yi's work addresses the images that reflect her daily life. While looking at her surroundings, she tries to see forms, colors and surfaces and then analyzes and transforms them into varied surfaces, reinterpreting elements of the urban landscape and its in-between spaces. Her paintings depict static, abstracted images of these landscapes through the use of hard-edged lines, minimalist compositions, symbolic figures, and balanced color producing a simplified version of how she sees the world. Through June 10. Rehoboth Art League.

Simplicity - New Works by Howard Eberle: Howard Eberle celebrates the philosophy of Japanese minimalism in creating watercolors that fall outside of tradition in both style and execution. In this selection of new and award-winning works the artist challenges himself visually to create paintings that are understated, the goal being to refrain from adding that which is not absolutely necessary. In doing so, it is the artist's hope that the viewer experiences a moment of quietude in our otherwise busy lives. Through June 10. Rehoboth Art League.
