A family, friends, and community event at the Nanticoke Indian Museum grounds.
Activities include:
- Dick "Quiet Thunder" Gilbert's presentation, "The earth does not belong to man. Man belongs to the land"
- William "Bill" Davis' presentation - "Nanticoke History - Yesterday and Today"
- Rggghi Calentine - Popular Storyteller
- Children's games with prizes - sack race, scavenger hunt, hula hoop contest and the round dance as well as the snake dance for everyone
- Food and native crafts will be sold during the day
No admission charge, but a donation for the Nanticoke Indian Museum will be appreciated.
