Parade starts at noon at Garfield Parkway and North Pennsylvania Avenue (at the Christian Church grounds) and lasts approximately 1-1/2 hours. The theme of this year's parade is "PRIDE TRADITION AND DEDICATION," honoring the Bethany Beach Patrol.
