Pickled Pig Pub is a hidden gem on Route 1 in Rehoboth Beach. They serve up fantastic food at reasonable prices in a comfortable atmosphere. Beside having delicious, fresh pickles, they also have 14 handcrafted beers on draft and killer sandwiches. A few of my personal favorites:
Cuban Press: smoked pit ham, shredded pork, pickles, swiss cheese & dijon spread on pressed panini roll
Pork Flatliner: smoked pit ham, shredded pork, pork belly, bacon, smoked cheddar, southern bbq style sauce & pickles on toasted panini roll
Warm Pretzel Turkey Sandwich: shaved turkey, red onions & cranberry cream cheese on toasted pretzel roll
This place is a must-go-to when you're in Rehoboth Beach. Try the crispy fried pickles... you won't be sorry!
