The Great Tomato Recipe Contest takes place from 10-11 am. There will be prizes and ribbons for winners in 4 categories. Tomato Tasting takes places from 9 to 11:30am with over 50 heirloom and hybrid varieties to taste. Children's Reading Program will feature tomato stories for kids at 9am.

Learn about the many culinary uses of plants at the beach! This indoor program will introduce you to some of the native plants of coastal Delaware, such as beach plum, prickly pear, and sea lettuce. Leave with new cooking tips for salads, soups, jams and jellies, beverages, and sweet treats. There will even be a few samples to try! Pre-registration is not required.
